Our concierge level services are 100% free when you book your vacation through us and you never pay us any service fees. Your Neverland Vacations Planner will tailor a quote to your vacation specifications and advise you all along the way.
Once you’re ready to book, your Neverland Vacations Planner will get your written authorization to make a deposit payment to secure your booking.
Now the real fun begins! We’ll help you with every aspect of planning:
- Advice on securing Park Pass Reservations,
- Securing Dining Reservations at your favorite Restaurants,
- Educating you on how to navigate the Disney Transportation System,
- Help with learning the ins and outs of the Genie+ App,
- Answering all your questions so you arrive ready to enjoy your magical vacation.
What we can’t help with…
While we are a Disney Vacation Planner Agency, there are some limits to how we can help:
- We cannot assist unless you are booked with us.
- Don’t be discouraged if you already booked direct through Disney, if you booked in the last 30 days and haven’t paid in full we might still be able to help. Reach out and we’ll let you know if we can.
- We cannot book your flights.
- We generally cannot assist if you are booking only tickets for fewer than 3 days.
