Our Process...

You’ve found us… Now what?

So often when we start thinking of taking our next travel experience, we don’t know where to begin…even if it’s just for a weekend getaway, much less a bucket list vacation. So we’d like to take away some of the confusion that might surround the planning process and make it as easy as possible for you. 

 

You’re already here so you can see our philosophy on travel. Let’s talk about the next few steps:

 

1. We will schedule a 30-minute complimentary consultation where I will ask you questions to learn more about you, the experiences you want to have, what you are celebrating, what time of year you are traveling, where you wish to go and how to make it memorable, special, and just right for YOU!

We will also discuss what role I will play as your travel concierge, my nonrefundable Concierge Care, research, and planning fee, and everything that is included in my high-touch service.

If we both agree that it sounds like we are a great fit for planning we move on to stage 2. You can schedule the complimentary consultation here if you’re ready. 

2. Once we complete the call, I will send a follow-up email detailing what we discussed. You’ll have the option to hire me, as I do know you have many options available.

If you choose to move forward, I will send you an invoice after the chat for the Concierge Care, research, and planning fee.

3. Then we are off to the races! We begin my research and planning phase to find the perfect solution for you and will create an itinerary based on your our conversations. Once we deliver our first and best itinerary, we will dial in your choices until it’s perfect for you.

4. When we have it exactly where you want it, you will formally approve your proposed itinerary and we will sign a secure, PCI compliant credit authorization allowing us to pay our suppliers for your itinerary. Depending on the timing of the items in your itinerary, we may need to do more than one as we do not keep your credit card data beyond the stated dates of payment in the authorization. 

Then all that’s left is for you have to do is have fun preparing and to enjoy your travel experiences
